Here are solutions to accessing a preview gallery:

After selecting the wedding gallery of the couple, you should be prompted by a 'Log In' prompt asking for a username and password.

You should have received a card at the wedding (or event) with the username and password on it. Simply type in the username and password exactly as written on the card (please type carefully!).

The username and password are both in lowercase and contain no spaces!
